Amazing experience. We rented the moonbounce, tables and chairs package for our backyard birthday party. They called me prior to arrive to give me a heads up they were on the way. Everything was set up properly and safely. This was a big moon bounce! My kids were entertained ALL day. The quality of their rental equipment is top notch. The customer services is what set them apart - Dan came back to bring weights to hold down the moon bounce since we were worried about stakes going into our septic drain fields. He was extremely friendly and accommodating. Pick up was right on time and they handled everything. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Phenomenal experience! The Island Time team are absolute pro's. They were very responsive in supporting our event and clear communicators. Island Time definitely helped save our event with two large fully enclosed tents due to some unexpected inclement weather. Their inventory is all very high quality and everything was setup and removed on schedule as they communicated. We will definitely work with them again and have already recommended them to friends.
